- Added a getSimpleRunnable method to pxlfst.core.util.loop.Loop which doesn't do staggered looping.
- Added a boolean parameter to the constructor of pxlfst.core.util.loop.Loop to indicate it's threads runnable.
- Changed DEFAULT_FRAME_SKIP in pxlfst.core.GlobalVars to 10000.0
- Fixed bug FPB-0001a, loop was skipping frame time.
